
Terms & Condition
1. Booking & Payment

A deposit is required to confirm your booking.
-
Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or cash.
-
All outstanding charges must be paid for in full on check-out from the Resort.
-
All rates are quoted in MYR (Malaysian Ringgit) and are subject to change without prior notice.
-
Bookings are non-transferable unless approved by the resort.
2. Room Rates
-
All room rates are based on double occupancy (except for deluxe family room). An additional charge of RM100/adult (age 13 & above) and RM70/child (age 12 & below) occupying a room will be applied at time of check-in. Maximum sleeping capacity in a room varies from 2 to 4 persons, depending on the room type booked. See available amenities on your selected room type to confirm maximum sleeping capacity. Persons under 18 years of age must be accompanied by the registered adult at check-in to occupy a room.

Any special requests, including room type, cannot be guaranteed and will be honoured based on availability at check-in.

3. Refund & Cancellation

1 month prior to booking date - 100% full refund of the amount paid

Less than 30 days - 50% cancellation fee from amount paid

Within 14 days - 10% refund of the amount paid

Less than 7 days – Non-refundable

The resort will not bare the bank transection fees and currency exchange rate lost. Refund is based on Ringgit Malaysia and the exchange rate of the time of refund.

4. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in: 2:00 PM onwards

Check-out: 10:00 AM
-
Late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.
5. Resort Rules & Regulations
-
Guests must respect the eco-friendly nature of the resort and avoid littering.
-
Smoking is strictly prohibited in rooms, dining areas, and all common spaces. Smoking is only allowed at designated smoking area. A RM300 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.

Guests shall be liable for any damage, except normal wear and tear to Hotel asset. Guest shall keep the Hotel room in a good condition and maintain hygiene and cleanliness.

No cooking is allowed on the resort premises, RM500 cleaning/ hazard fee will be charge to each room.

Please be considerate to other resort guest by keeping your volume down around the resort.
-
No loud music over loud speaker allowed at all time. Others might not agree with your music choice.
-
Should any action by a guest be deemed inappropriate by the resort, or if any inappropriate behaviour is brought to the attention of the resort, the resort reserves the right, after the allegations have been investigated, to take action against the guest.

There is a minimum corkage fee of RM40/bottle/crate for those who bring their own alcoholic baverages to be consume at the resort area.
-
The use of refrigeration service is limit to medication and baby food only. The resort does not bear responsibility for damage of the storage.

6. Force Majeure

The Resort accepts no liability and will not pay any compensation where the performance of its obligations is prevented or affected directly or indirectly by or as a result of force majeure or any circumstances beyond its reasonable control including, but not limited to, flood, earthquake, extreme adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, other acts of God, acts of terrorism, fire or failure of electric power, gas, water, or other utility service, plant machinery, computers, vehicles or any collapse of building structures.

7. Limitation of Liability

Guests are responsible for their own belongings. The resort is not liable for lost or stolen items.​
8. Activities & Safety
-
Guests participating in diving, snorkeling, or other activities must follow safety guidelines provided by the resort.

The resort is not liable for any injuries or accidents that occur during activities. Guests participate at their own risk.
-
Swimming and snorkeling are only allowed in designated areas to protect marine life and guest safety.
-
Guests are advised to have travel insurance that covers adventure activities.
9. Child & Family Policy
-
Bubbles Dive Resort is a family-friendly resort. Parents/guardians must supervise children at all times.
10. Environmental Commitment
-
We are committed to sustainability. Guests are encouraged to minimize plastic use and conserve water and electricity.
-
No fishing, touching marine life, or removing corals from the sea.

11. Turtle Conservation
-
Turtle conservation rules must be followed at all times. Guests are not allowed to touch nesting turtles, disturb hatchlings, or use bright lights/flash photography near turtles.

All white lights at restaurant and beach area will be switched off from 10pm and will be replaced by red lights to prevent causing disturbance to turtles.

Guests can support our turtle conservation efforts by participating in eco-friendly activities and following guidance from our conservation team.

12. Pets

No pets are allowed at the resort.

13. Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances

In case of extreme weather conditions, the resort reserves the right to reschedule boat transfers or activities for safety reasons.
14. Right to Refuse Service
-
The resort reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who does not comply with the rules, engages in disruptive behavior, or poses a safety risk to others.
15. Website Information

While we strive to ensure the accuracy of the information on our website, the Resort is not liable for any errors or omissions. We reserve the right to modify, cancel, or update any details featured on the website without prior notice. Some images used may be generic and are intended to represent the general style of our resort or services.
